Terms of Use
The terms that govern use of this website and its enquiry tools. Signed supply, service and warranty agreements prevail over anything published here.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the public website; access to the Customer Portal is additionally governed by the account terms agreed with your institution.
2. Nature of the website content
Product information, specifications, availability indications and category descriptions on this site are provided for general guidance only. Specifications should be confirmed directly with VIVACARE before purchase, and product availability shown on the site is indicative, not a commitment to supply.
Where the site presents comparisons between products, the comparison is drawn from the published fields of each product and is an aid to shortlisting — it is not advice that a given product is suitable for a specific clinical or laboratory use.
3. Quotes, enquiries and orders
Submitting a quote request, a Build My Facility enquiry, a contact form or any other enquiry through this site does not create a binding order or contract. A binding agreement is formed only when VIVACARE issues a formal quotation or contract and it is accepted in writing by both parties. Any pricing indication on this site is an estimate, not an offer.
4. Regulatory and manufacturer claims
Statements about regulatory registration, manufacturer authorisation and certifications are published in the Trust & Compliance Centre only where supporting evidence is available, and are clearly marked where evidence is still being compiled. VIVACARE does not warrant regulatory status beyond what is evidenced there, and registration in one market does not imply registration in another.
5. Customer Portal accounts
Customer Portal accounts are created by VIVACARE for approved institutions. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. VIVACARE may suspend an account where it reasonably suspects misuse. Documents made available through the portal (invoices, certificates and similar) are provided for the receiving institution's own use.
6. Intellectual property
Content on this site — text, images, the VIVACARE name, brand and logo — is the property of VIVACARE HEALTH Solutions Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Manufacturer names, product names and product images remain the property of their respective manufacturers and are used to identify genuine products VIVACARE distributes or is authorised to supply.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, no automated scraping that burdens the service, no submission of unlawful, misleading or malicious content through the site's forms, and no use of the site to infringe others' rights.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VIVACARE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its general-guidance content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in them limits the terms of any signed supply, service or warranty agreement, which prevail over this website's content.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute arising from the use of this site is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rwanda, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or commercial protections that apply in your country.
10. Changes to these terms
VIVACARE may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
